Okay, so yesterday I said I was going to move my elliptical machine out of hiding. Well here she is! My old best friend is back and ready for action in our family room.
Although, she’s not center stage. I don’t have that great of a relationship with her anymore, but we are working on building our relationship up to what it should be. So she’s actually stage left… but this is good! At least she’s not being used as a spare coat rack anymore, and we can see the tv while working out.
I tried it earlier… a minute is all I’m worth for now. I was almost to a huff-puff… I’m out of breath… let me sit down… at 90 seconds. LOL I’ll have to continue walking and build up from there. Since I’ve moved her stage left, my boys have all been working out a little. This is a good thing!
