Since I’ve joined the Healthy You Challenge 2008, I’ve decided to move my weekly weigh in to Tuesday mornings.
Oh, but I couldn’t help stepping on the scale this morning. I’m doing well… now if I can just keep it up through the weekend! We’ll be having a birthday party for one of my boys tonight. I’m not serving Ben & Jerry’s Chunky Monkey, so I’ll probably pass on the icecream. I don’t like cake all that much anyway… so that’s not really an issue. As far as the rest of the weekend… I’ll do what I can to stay on plan.

Just think of the good scale reading, when you are staring down something you’ll regret eating - it will feel so amazing on Tuesday to look back and think how strong you were! Hope you have a great weekend -
