		<description>Hey! Thank you Alex and Steve for your words of encouragement! 

I haven&#039;t stressed about the soda this week and guess what... I haven&#039;t been tempted to have one. Funny how thinking about it all the time was just too much for me. 

I haven&#039;t had another 4 pound weight loss in one week, but I feel like I&#039;m doing well!  I&#039;m happy with one pound a week. At least the scale is going down :) 

I&#039;ll post soon... busy life this summer. Sorry for the long delay in posting.</description>

		<description>Good for you, however, don&#039;t be too obsessed about the soda, limiting 3 per week is a good start.  Not that I think diet soda is good, but you are already changing your habits which it&#039;s not easy, so to achieve success in a long run, we have to do small changes from time to time.
After you get used to atkins, you can put your efforts on the soda issue.
