I haven’t led an active lifestyle in years. That’s all changing as of August 9, 2007!
I love to sit in my big old recliner while I watch tv and that’s getting me nowhere fast. I’m not going to give up tv. Oh goodness, no! Instead of giving it up, I’m going to use it to my advantage. Every time there is a commercial break, I’m going to get up and move for 5 minutes.
I figure there are at least 4 commercial breaks during an hour long show. That is equal to 20 minutes of getting up and moving per show I watch! I’m excited by my new plan.
I’m going to time myself from now on, so I know how much time I’m spending exercising. This might not sound like a great plan to some of you, but it’s a start in the right direction.

My list is subject to change LOL and no, I don’t watch every show each week. But if I’m watching tv, that is more than likely what’s on.
